Channeling early 20^th century modernism via The Island of Dr. Moreau, the Strella Gooseneck Abalone Task Lamp in Glossy Green consists of a verdigris cast-plaster base in the shape of a starfish specimen from the artist's collection, with a high-gloss lacquer coating; a 1980s-style chrome gooseneck column, and a natural pink abalone seashell shade with iridescent interior. 

Fully articulated at the shade and base, it's finished in chrome hardware, a twisted-brown cloth-covered cord, and a vintage-style brown inline switch and plug.

Signed and numbered edition. Made-to-order by hand in New York by artist Christopher Tennant.
