Refund policy
Returns
Tennant New York does not offer refunds. Returns will be accepted within 10 business days for company credit or exchange only. Items must be in original unused condition. Items must be returned within intact, original packaging. A 15% restocking fee will be applied for all returned items. There are no returns accepted on sale or custom orders. These items are considered final sale. Customer is responsible for all shipping charges incurred. Credits are valid for a period of one year from date of issuance. Lead Times
All lead times correspond to the published lead times on the Tennant New York product page. The lead times are estimated, and products can occasionally become backordered or delayed. Lead times are calculated from the date of the receipt of payment.
Rush Orders
Orders can be rushed for a fee of 25%. Rush orders typically will reduce a lead time in half. To inquire about placing a rush order, contact studio@tennantnewyork.com
Warranty
Tennant New York warrants that its products will be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use and service for one year after date of purchase. Tennant New York reserves the right, before having any obligation under this limited warranty, to inspect the damaged product, and all costs of shipping for inspection shall be borne solely by the purchaser. In order to recover under this limited warranty, purchaser must make claim to Tennant New York within 5 business days of occurrence. Tennant New York, at its option, shall repair or replace the defective unit covered by this warranty. In order to keep this limited warranty in effect, the product must have been handled and used as prescribed. This limited warranty does not cover any damage due to accident, misuse, abuse or negligence.
Damages
Damage claims must be made in writing within 5 business days of receipt of goods. If damage has occurred in shipping, all packaging must be retained by receiver. Failure to do so may void any claim.
