Introducing the Ligurian Summer Collection, a sophisticated family of handmade fixtures in natural sea shell, coiled leather, marble, and bamboo, inspired by the faded splendor of the northern Italian coast.

Model No. 029—like its similarly stylish sister sconce—consists of a blue-green-tinted hydrocal-plaster base cast in the shape of an abalone sea shell, a lacquered speckled-bamboo column, and an adjustable natural abalone sea-shell shade with iridescent mother-of-pearl interior.

Unlacquered-brass hardware, a chocolate-brown cloth-covered cord, and a matching brown inline rocker switch complete the modernist profile. Fully articulated at the shade and base, its task-lamp dexterity and focused light make it particularly well-suited for bedtime-story reading and softening afternoon shadows in sun-blasted cliffside villas.
